It’s easy to track your weight in the Health app, but by default the categories can be hard to see
To find it, first open the Health app on your iPhone
Type “health”, and click on the Health app icon
When the Health app opens, tap the “Browse” tab at the bottom of the screen
On the “Browse” page, find the “Health Category” section and click on “Body Measurements “
After that, you will see the “Weight” summary page

To add a weight measurement to the Health app, open the app and go to the weight summary page
On the Weight page, click “Add Data” in the upper right corner of the screen
You can also change the Date or Time for the data point using the fields above
Your weight will be entered in the Health app
Repeat this over time, and you’ll start to build up data that you can use later to track weight gain or loss
You’ll notice that on the Weight summary screen it’s easy to see trends over time thanks to the chart at the top of the page
If you want to see trends for other periods, press “D” (for “day”), “W” (for weekly changes), “M” (for the change in the current month), or “Y” (for “year”)
When you’re done adding weight data, simply exit the Health app, and your added data will be saved automatically
You’ll see it again the next time you visit the “Weight” section of the app

If you make a mistake or just want to delete a weight entry in the Health app, go to the weight summary screen first
Then, scroll down to the bottom and click “Show all data “
Next, you’ll see a list titled “All data recorded” that shows the data points you’ve weighed over time
Click “Edit” in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click the red minus button (“-“) next to the weight entry you want to remove
That particular weight data point will disappear immediately

If you’re tired of digging through menus to find the Weight page every time you launch the Health app, you can add it to your favorites list on your Summary page
To do this, first go to the Weight page
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Add to Favorites” in the “Options” category
After that, click “Summary” at the bottom of the screen, and you will see “Weight” on your Summary page
From now on, if you want to add a quick weight data point, just open the Health app, tap “Weight” on your summary page, and follow the steps above
