While discussing their new song “Mind Reader” with fans, he revealed the name “heaviest song” on their upcoming new record, A Day to Remember, Welcome.
In an earlier interview with Rocksound, McKinnon teased that the album is nearing completion and that it will contain “one of the hardest songs” of the band’s career so far, and that he’s “really excited about that one.” Now, on Wednesday (April 15), frontman Jeremy McKinnon revealed that the song will be called “Last Chance to Dance (Best Friend)” and will appear on their new album.
A fan on Twitter asked the band if “Last Chance to Dance (Best Friend)” was heavier than their song “Aggro (Enough)” and Neil Westphal replied, “Yes.”
Westfall also explained that even though “Mindreader” is more of an upbeat and not a heavy song, there is a song for every fan in different genres on the upcoming new Billboard record.
A Day to Remember released their new single “Mindrater” today with a music video, which you can watch here.
The band’s new album, Welcome, is set to arrive sometime this year (2020) via the bands new label, Fueled By Ramen.
After much anticipation, they released their new album Welcome to Memorial Day.
On the new album, which frontman Jeremy McKinnon calls “one of the band’s greatest hits,” it’s called “Last Chance to Dance (Bad Friend).” The track is the fourth song on the album and McKinnon says he’s “excited” about it.
