He, together with Captain Casey McManus, took part in two series, including the OG and Bloodline

Back in August, a now-deleted Reddit post revealed that in 1998, Josh Harris had been arrested and convicted of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl
Harris would have been between 15-16 years old at the time of this incident
According to Cinema Blend, first reported by Factz, it reported that Harris “digitally, vaginally and orally raped a 4-year-old girl on 7/14/1998” DNA evidence was recovered at the scene which included blood and semen
Therefore, Josh Harris was formally arrested in 1999
The preschool girl was a neighbor and the daughter of a deckhand
In the affidavit, the very young girl told investigators that Josh told her to call their genitals “pee-pees” Afterward, it was unclear whether Harris had to register himself as a sex offender
Many fans of the series know that Harris is now the father of a little girl, which can feel disturbing to many

After the death of his father, Jake went through a difficult time, and his struggles with drugs are well documented in the show
The deckhand was seen heading to a rehabilitation center in the sixth season finale
In season 8, Josh joined the crew of FV Time Bandit, while Jake joined FV Northwestern
In later episodes of the season, Jake was again seen struggling with his drug addiction
Jake’s problems still persisted, and the season nine premiere revealed that Jake will not be taking part in any fishing activities as he continued to deal with his personal struggles behind the scenes
After leaving the show, Jake Harris got into serious trouble with local law enforcement in 2019
It was reported that Harris’ younger brother was caught in a confrontation with police near Washington’s Bayview State Park
Jake tried to escape arrest by driving off in his RV
After a short chase, he was arrested by the police, who found him in possession of more than half an ounce of heroin and a stolen gun
Jake was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and possession of heroin with intent to manufacture or distribute drugs
Jake has been caught driving under the influence in the past as well
He was subsequently sentenced to serve eighteen months in prison for the DUI and drug possession charges, but the possession of a stolen weapon charge was dismissed
Where is Jake Harris Now?
After his conviction, Jake Harris was in the custody of the Skagit County Correctional Facility, where he began his eighteen month prison sentence that was to be completed in April 2021
Since then, the former FV Northwestern crew member has remained sober and was released early from prison
In the sixteenth season finale, Jake reunites with his brother and makes an appearance for the first time since he left at the end of season 8

Jake’s imprisonment turned out to be a blessing in disguise, and it seems that the reality star has put his struggles behind him
